Owen Rockwell is the proud owner of Epic Septic Fairfield County. After beginning his career in the military and gaining extensive experience in corporate operations, Owen returned to his Connecticut roots to build a community-focused business. For Owen, Epic Septic is about more than just home services—it’s an opportunity to build lasting relationships, give back to his neighbors, and provide a vital service with integrity and precision.
Owen’s leadership approach was forged in the U.S. Army, where he served as a Captain with the 101st Airborne Division and the elite 75th Ranger Regiment. Following his military service, he earned his MBA from Vanderbilt University and transitioned into the home services industry, managing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical operations in South Florida. He later honed his logistical expertise as an Operations Manager at Amazon, a role that ultimately brought him back to the Northeast.
A Connecticut native who spent the first 22 years of his life in Cheshire, Owen is thrilled to be back home near his parents and two younger brothers. He and his girlfriend, whom he met in Nashville, are currently settling into Milford with their two dogs. When he’s not working to expand Epic Septic's reach across every town in Fairfield County, you can find Owen running, golfing, cheering on New York sports teams, or grabbing a bite at Archie Moore’s.

Josh Cohen is a nationally recognized entrepreneur and franchise executive with more than two decades of experience building and scaling service brands.In 2004, he founded The Junkluggers using his mother's SUV and grew it into one of America's leading junk-removal franchises, expanding across more than 350 markets before leading its successful sale to Authority Brands in 2022.
Under his leadership, the company earned repeated recognition from Inc. 5000 and Entrepreneur's Franchise 500, while Josh was named to Waste360's 40 Under 40 for his impact on the waste and environmental-services industry.
He is applying those lessons to help build EPIC into the first truly national septic and wastewater brand — and one of the most exciting service companies in America.
Today, Josh serves as Co-Founder and CEO of EPIC Septic & Service, bringing his proven experience in franchise development, operations, marketing, systems, and franchisee support to one of the most fragmented and overlooked industries in home services.
