We got a quote and they came out the next day because we had a leak in our yard and we thought it was coming from the septic. The epic septic guys got there earlier than we thought and helped me weed eat around the tank, got the tank cleared, inspected it and luckily found nothing. However, they went above and beyond and found the leak happening in the yard that we hadn’t been able to find so that we could call a plumber and tell them our exact issue. They didn’t have to do that but they did anyway and we are extremely grateful!

Also, our invoice was significantly LESS than we were quoted which was another nice surprise. I don’t typically leave reviews and never thought I’d go out of my way to leave one for a septic company, but here we are due to the great, easy, and reasonably priced experience.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My first review ever on Google. Epic was 5-stars in every way from customer service (Gabriela) to field tech (Trenton).  Epic matched another quote I received to drain my tank, and even though they ended up pumping more -- due to a leak in my tank that Epic technician (Trenton) helped discover during the tank drain -- they still honored the price. Integrity is so important to me, and this company lives up to the hype.
