EPIC Advantage helps homeowners stay compliant, catch issues early, and protect their septic system with professional recurring maintenance. Every plan includes three scheduled maintenance visits per year for aerobic systems, required reporting, and expert care from our licensed team.
EPIC can supply and manage approved disinfectant as an optional add-on. Otherwise, chlorine / disinfectant remains the homeowner’s responsibility.

Restaurants, RV parks, multi-family. Higher loading means a tighter service cadence.
Filters, valves and dose cycles are checked and flushed to prevent line clogging.
Media condition, dosing and ponding are monitored so the field keeps accepting flow.
