The Business Problem

A Neglected
Grease Trap Can
Become a Business Problem Fast.

Grease traps and interceptors capture fats, oils, and grease before they enter your plumbing or municipal sewer system. When maintenance falls behind, buildup can affect drainage, odors, kitchen operations, and compliance.

Grease Trap 101

What Your Grease Trap Is Actually Doing.

Grease traps — also called grease interceptors — are designed to capture fats, oils, and grease from kitchen wastewater before they move farther into the plumbing or sewer system.

Regular pumping and cleaning help prevent buildup from interfering with normal flow and system performance.

I am impressed by the level of service with Epic Septic. After an initial snafu, which turns out was not their fault, they have been nothing short of excellent in helping remediate our issue. Very professional and communicative, and highly recommend!

Trent was great! We called for service last minute and they sent him next day. We got our tank emptied and cleaned quick and he was so polite explaining everything to us because we’ve never dealt with a septic system before.

This company is really great. We got a quote and they came out the next day because we had a leak in our yard and we thought it was coming from the septic. The epic septic guys got there earlier than we thought and helped me weed eat around the tank, got the tank cleared, inspected it and luckily found nothing. However, they went above and beyond and found the leak happening in the yard that we hadn’t been able to find so that we could call a plumber and tell them our exact issue. They didn’t have to do that but they did anyway and we are extremely grateful! Also, our invoice was significantly LESS than we were quoted which was another nice surprise. I don’t typically leave reviews and never thought I’d go out of my way to leave one for a septic company, but here we are due to the great, easy, and reasonably priced experience. Thanks guys!

Our service tech, Trenton, arrived ahead of quoted time. He was friendly, professional and conscientious. He provided updates on all work being done and recommended additions (riser lids) that would make future maintenance easier and cheaper, but without a hard sell. Quality work.

Epic Septic are responsive and know their industry well. I had an issue with my septic pumping system and they completed my work within three days of giving me a quote to actually completing and testing the work done! They are technology savy and can take care of all the paperwork electronically and efficiently. I highly recommend them!

My first review ever on Google. Epic was 5-stars in every way from customer service (Gabriela) to field tech (Trenton). Epic matched another quote I received to drain my tank, and even though they ended up pumping more -- due to a leak in my tank that Epic technician (Trenton) helped discover during the tank drain -- they still honored the price. Integrity is so important to me, and this company lives up to the hype.
