A lifelong New Haven-area resident, Wesley has spent his entire career in excavation and site development, building extensive experience in septic and sewer systems, drainage, grading, underground utilities, and site construction.
Starting as a laborer right out of high school, Wesley worked his way up to director of operations and partner. Along the way, he built a reputation for solving problems, leading teams, and delivering quality work. That hands-on experience, combined with years of operational leadership, made EPIC Septic a natural next step.
Drawn to EPIC's bold approach to an essential industry, Wesley saw an opportunity to combine his technical expertise with a nationally recognized brand committed to raising the standard for septic service. His goal is simple: build a dependable local team, deliver exceptional service, and make EPIC Septic the go-to name for septic solutions throughout the New Haven area.
For Wesley, that mission is personal. He and his wife have known each other since high school, have been married for 12 years, and are now raising their two children in the same community they've always called home. He takes pride in the relationships he's built over the years and looks forward to continuing to earn the trust of his neighbors.
Outside of work, Wesley enjoys spending time with his family, relaxing by the pool, and catching up with friends over a good steak or cup of coffee.

For Kyle Smith, building businesses, leading teams, and getting his hands dirty have always gone hand in hand. A lifelong Connecticut resident, Kyle brings nearly two decades of experience in site construction, excavation, landscaping, and business ownership to Epic Septic of New Haven County.
Kyle began his career as a ground laborer for a large civil contractor in Hartford, Connecticut, working his way up through heavy equipment operation and leadership roles. In 2017, he took the leap into entrepreneurship, launching Stone Hill Landscape & Excavation with just two helpers. What started as a small operation has grown into a thriving company employing approximately 40 people.
Never one to shy away from a new opportunity, Kyle expanded his entrepreneurial ventures in 2020 with the development of Bethany Farm and Nursery, a 30-acre property in the Woodbridge and Bethany area. Originally created to supply his landscaping business, the nursery quickly grew into a retail and wholesale operation serving homeowners and industry professionals throughout the region.
When the opportunity to join Epic Septic came along, Kyle saw a natural extension of his experience in excavation and site development. But it was meeting EPIC's founders and leadership team that truly solidified his excitement about the brand and its vision for transforming the septic industry.
For Kyle, success has never been just about growing a business. It's about building strong teams, creating opportunities for others, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. He believes that honesty, responsiveness, and quality workmanship are the foundation of lasting relationships, and he's committed to bringing those same principles to Epic Septic.
Born and raised in Connecticut, Kyle has called the New Haven County area home his entire life. He particularly appreciates the close-knit, small-town atmosphere of Orange, where neighbors know one another and community relationships still matter. Those local connections have played an important role in his businesses, and he looks forward to continuing to serve the community through EPIC.
Family is equally important to Kyle. He comes from a close-knit family that remains actively involved in one another's lives and businesses. He and his partner, Jessica, a nurse of 17 years, are proud parents to their young son, Charlie, who already shares his dad's enthusiasm for big trucks and heavy machinery, along with a healthy obsession with T-Rexes.
When he's not working, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, traveling, and squeezing in a round of golf whenever he can.
