Born here. Raised here. Building a septic company Kansas City can trust for generations.
Richard Sloss owns Epic Septic Southwest Kansas City and proudly serves the community he has called home his entire life. He is committed to delivering exceptional service while building a business rooted in integrity, hard work, and strong relationships.
Before launching Epic Septic, Richard spent more than 15 years in the cybersecurity industry, serving as an account executive with 3 global firms. Through hard work, curiosity, humility, and determination, he built a successful career and now manages 8-figure annual book of business.
Family is at the center of everything Richard does. He and his wife, Mary, have been married for more than 12 years and are raising their two children, Ricky and Pearl, in the community they proudly call home.
